Doubt it, I see Hanabi being stronger than Hinata since at age 5 or so is when their dad said she was stronger than Hinata who was about 12. The year Hinata was with Team Kurenai and trying to become stronger, Hanabi who was already stronger only kept getting stronger by training with her dad. Hinata will be one of the strongest Hyuuga members but she's not going to be top 30 or anything. Don't see her training at all after having Bolt as well.
