Sasuke
The Sasuhina fan fics are a bit of a guilty pleasure for me. Do I see Kishi writing this himself? No - unlikely. But I think they'd make an interesting couple, if he found his **** and she grew a backbone.
Heh - she'd be able to give Sakura that Road-to-Ninja-Way-finger if she ended up with her precious Sasuke-kuuuuuun.

Naruto ends up with Sakura and Hinata ends up in ANBU, alongside a post-war Kakashi.
Assassin w/huge boobs + Kakashi = smut.

All in all - it's not looking good for Hinata. Neji is dead, Naruto declares Sakura as his girlfriend to Minato and the entire Shinobi Alliance. Sakura decides to fight (finally) and Hinata, even after all she's done (which is extremely impressive - leading the defence line etc) gets left by the way side.

well it's true that sasuke likes girls with long hair. and hinata's is the same color as his mom's. :3
not to mention he probably wouldn't mind mixing sharingan clan with hyuuga clan as they are closely related.

And yes, any of the 3 big pairings is one sided, but only when it comes to Sakura it was suggested both in manga and Databook that Naruto could be more than a friend for her. Plus, pararells to other relationship, not to mention that Sakuras Yin seal is probably an Uzumaki technique (Mito had the same thing on her forehead). NS really seems obvious to me.

And Sakura is in love with Sasuke, and hes good now. Naruto is obviously aware of this. Naruto loves hinata in a friend way for now, it will develop.

I'm sorry, I had to do that. But anyways, at the start of the series, Naruto, Sakura and Hinata were NOT in love. It was either a crush or infatuation. Anyways, you still have to note that even though Sasuke betrayed the village and left for three plus years, she still is enamored with him.

I think Naruto kind of realizes this when he makes the Promise of a Lifetime, and then definitely realizes it when she tries to 'confess'. It doesn't really look like they have any kind of tension whenever they have interacted, but that's just me. I wouldn't say that he is totally over Sakura, but it doesn't appear as strong.

Yeah and Naruto has loved Sakura since the beginning of the manga. The manga is called Naruto not Hinata, the main character is most likely going to get who he wants not the other way around. Everyone is thinking of Hinata's point of view, not Naruto's.

Sakura's been on the new and old Team 7 and has spent considerably more amounts of time than Sasuke. There has been enough time to get to know Naruto and maybe develop feelings. But, she hasn't. Even with more than three years of betrayal looming over that gloomy emo's head, and she still hasn't got over him. Not one bit.

And now that Sasuke's back, she's not going to drop that part of her life and focus on Naruto. Even if she does get some sort of closure, I don't think she's going to start looking at Naruto from brother to lover. And remember, this is shonen. There won't be any elaborate love sh*t like that anytime soon. Kishimoto's not really the best at that option, and I doubt he'll push it.

But that's just my opinion; I'm not saying that it's not going to happen, but my slightly biased thought process is saying no. k:

Not going to happen. If Naruto went with Hinata it would be like going for second prize. At least I think Hinata might perceive it as that. And Naruto has never failed or given up on anything so he will get the girl he wants not the one that presents herself at every turn.

Honestly I can't really imagine what a relationship between Hinata and Naruto would actually be like. I doubt she could "discipline him" like Sakura could cause lets be honest Naruto is an idiot.
