Regular one would work, any air palm would be able to do damage to Choji's body, no matter what his size is, as Gentle Fist can never be tanked.

But My point is, infusing her Air Palm with her Rikudo chakra would yield results equal or superior to the one she used while in the Kyuubi cloak.

I'd say he has more stamina than Iruka (yes, even with his illness). The databook compares characters in base (no add-on powers like sharingan/SM or medication/blood pills/stamina tablets), that's why you see things like Orochimaru having a higher genjutsu score than Hebi Sasuke.

Some attacks are more taxing than others. His stamina was really only an issue when MS techs came into play. Not to underrate Chuunin Iruka, but I'm sure that even Itachi w/o sharingan can kill him. Simple weapons are all that's needed. Iruka wasn't even strong enough to be considered to go to war.

I have no doubts on how strong this chakra is, what I do doubt on is how Hinata handles it. She hasnt shown anything with it. Its not even a power up. I have no idea what she does with this chakra.

She was able to fly with it, as well as infuse her most complicated technique with the Rikudo chakra, namely the Twin Lion Fists. So if she can perform the Twin Lion Fists infused with Rikudo chakra, she can do so with the Air Palm likewise, as the air palm is a much more basic technique.
