It does internal damage to victim.

Congrats I'm bout to hit 5k....kinda.

Anyways airpalm is a mid range attack. 15 m is well within mid range. And I don't see temari pulling out, opening her fan, then swinging it b4 hinata thrusts her hand forward.

15 meters are way too much for Hinata to cover, even so Temari can do

and easily takes her distance. She is faster than Hinata both by feats and DB.

These are Hinata's stats:
Hyuuga Hinata:

Ninjutsu: 3
Taijutsu: 3.5
Genjutsu: 2.5
Knowledge: 3.5
Power: 1.5
Speed: 2.5
Stamina: 2
Seal: 3

And these are Temari's stats:
Sabaku no Temari:
Ninjutsu: 4
Taijutsu: 2.5
Genjutsu: 1.5
Knowledge: 4
Power: 3.5
Speed: 3
Stamina: 3
Seal: 3

Hinata's air palm will do nothing because Temari will simply counter with her own wind. As I said before, she could barely manage her 64 palms, so how can she possibly hope to beat a long ranged fighter like Temari who made Tenten and Tayuya look like fodder. She has nothing to win.
