And when did it seal sealed chakra again? You can't seal something that's already sealed away.
Gentle fist seals away the chakra points. The yin seal isn't a chakra point, it's a seal.

Yin Seal and Cursed seal are both sealed sources of chakra , and that scan shows that Neji was able to prevent Kido.aru from accessing his cursed seal after hitting him with a jyuuken strike.
First, you are assuming Sakura will get hit by Hinata, and since she is smarter, faster and with more stamina than her, has a one hit KO and ways to prevent Hinata from approaching, I find that extremely debatable.
Secondly, you are also assuming Sakura will need to open the seal to defeat Hinata, given her superior skills, I also find that very unlikely...
If she doesn't open the seal, the stored chakra is perfectly safe from Gentle Fist, and if she get to Tank some punches, she could always release the chakra and unblock every coil affected and regenerate every internal wound.
In third place, even if she gets hit by Hinata while Byakugou is active, this S class regenerative technique that works on a cellular level wiill recover every injury, internal or external, instantly. It's not medical ninjutsu, It's regeneration!

Niqqa, I know byakugo would heal organs that have Been damaged by the gentle fist.
A closed coil isn't a damaged organ or tissue ... Byakugo isn't gonna regenerte that because there is nothing that's been damaged. The flow of chakra has simply been halted.
I know. So like wise, if sakura's seal is open and she gets hit with jyuuken, it will become inaccessible to her, just as how kidomaru's seal was open and he got hit by jyuuken, his curse seal became inaccessible to him.

Yes there is, whatever the coils are, they belong to the human body, the chakra network itself does, you think someone can take his Chakra Network out of his body?? Tanketsu's are the chakra points in the human body, that affected by Juuken, which can damage organs and the internal body, prevent the affected Tanketsu from letting chakra flow through it.
Byakugou solos big time... I already showed you how great that technique is...
Not if Byakuogu can regenerate it....

How foes byakugo regenerate a closed coil? That's not even possible, as a closed coil isn't physical damage, its just blocking chakra flow. It would be like if a blood clot was blocking blood flow .... How does an ability which is meant to speed up the rate of cell division unblock a coil?

A coil, a Tanketsu, a chakra point, are part of the human body, all of them, it's not something independent, there are just specific parts of the body that the chakra use to travel around the body.
Juuken just damage the chakra point, that specific part of the internal body that carries the chakra from a side to another, and this point is located in the organs, veins, arteries, they are no different from other, they just happen to be vital for the chakra network.

I like hinata as a character a lot more than I like sakura, but lets be real. Sakura is above hinata's level. She can summon 5% katsuya, she can heal the entire shinobi alliance, and she's getting compared to tsunade, the hokage left and right. She probably even hits harder than tsunade.
Hinata? She's not a fodder, but she's not operating at the kage level. The only jutsu that would really work on sakura is sealing sakura's chakra points, but hinata isn't hitting sakura with that before Sakura blasts her into the air with one of her superpowered punches and ends her with a follow up. Sakura is also way faster than hinata with her speed feat of catching up to a juubi clone that was traveling so fast it created a shockwave behind it.

But just if you feel like trying, try jumping in you bed a little while, then you might make synapses in that little fan girl brain of yours, and maybe, just maybe, you will realize that if the coils are part of the body, and the body is made of cells, then the coils are made of cells too.
And that will prove Byakugou will replace the damaged cells in the coil with new ones.
