A medical ninja beating a taijutsu specialist is funny. Everyone keep trying to justify with her the Sasori fight, but understand those feats go to Chiyo not Sakura. Sasori didn't want to kill them. If he wanted them dead, they would be dead.

For Sakura to punch Hinata two scenarios can happen:
1. Sakura moves at speed Hinata can't react too.
2. Hinata sit there and let Sakura punch her.

If Hinata can keep up with Neji for a while(even if it's just a few seconds), and unable to keep up with Sakura at all, then Sakura is faster than Neji by logic.

Sakura only wins due to summoning. Close combat, this is Hinata's game.

I think we can all clearly see Omoi beating Sakura because of his advance taijutsu. Although Hinata might not be as good as Omoi, remember that Omoi wasn't standing in a fighting stance waiting for Sakura to attack, he intercepted the attack. Hinata won't be intercepting any surprise attack. She'll be waiting in her fighting stance for Sakura to come at her and then she'll use taijutsu. It's quite obvious from this screen that a very good taijutsu user beats Sakura, you just have to be better at Taijutsu then Sakura to beat her. Hinata will get the first hit and the second and the third. Both Sakura and Hinata specialize in abilities where the user concentrates chakra in a certain area, specifically their hands. These are both Taijutsu techniques. Also take into consideration that in the Anime, Hinata breaks some of Pein's chakra receivers with Gentle Step Twin Lions without feeling any effect on her body. A person that touches the receivers should feel a chakra drain on their body and so forth. Instead, her Twin Lions negated the chakra effect of the receivers. It's quite possible that they can negate the concentrated chakra in Sakura's fist. So even if they are matching blow for blow, Hinata's Gentle Step Twin Lion > Sakura's Super Punch. Also remember that both techniques are taijutsu and Hinata's taijustu > Sakura's taijutsu. Sakura's Medical Ninjutsu or Intelligence doesn't help her. The only weakness of the byakugan is not being able to see through things like smoke and a thin line of a blindspot behind her back. Not thin enough for a punch might I add. Besides, Sakura would have to be 10 km away from Hinata for Hinata to not be able to sense her. Hinata can Vacuum away smoke. The only way for Sakura to winis to summon. But that doesn't guarantee a win. Especially when the summon primarily focuses on healing.
