I don't really have much knowledge on Hyuugas and their taijutsu but for my knowledge that Taijutsu technic is most probably Nejis most powerful offence and that is what made him put him on par with someone like Lee,I won't say that she is as skilled as Neji but it is more than enough to say that she is a good taijutsu user and I seriously don't she managed to master a jutsu of that level without being a good taijutsu user.

At this point it's who's the fastest. Sakura can't smash shit because of the lake, but she still land a direct punch or kick at hinata and kill her. But at the same time, if Hinata hits her, age can block Sakura's chakra therefore making her useless. It could go either way, since I don't know who's the fastest.

PD: Sakura stomps due to her superior stats in the Third Databook in speed, intelligence and stamina, and the feats that make her faster, smarter, and more powerful.

-Fooling Sasori, making him believe she was badly injured and poisoned, setting him a trap that left the fourth Kazekage's puppet destroyed.
-Figuring out Tobi's jutsu before anyone, only with observation.
-Fooling Sai, Lee and Kiba.
-Discovering the spy in the Medical Squad, and realizing how Zetsu's jutsu worked, just with observation and Yamato's report.

Beside from this, Sakura has a one hit KO, so Hinata would have to seal the chakra flow in Sakura's fists, arms and legs, to prevent Sakura from attacking her, and this is kind of unlikely, considering Sakura's analytic and speed feats already provided, our heroine will find the way to make a clean hit with all her resources.

Hakke Kusho is not a great help, it just doesn't harm the target that bad, even a 30% chakra clone Kisame tanked it perfectly. Also it requires some time to cast, so it would be easy for someone like Sakura to evade:

The truth is, Sakura isn't a skillful taijutsu user as some believe. This was shown by her pathetic display against the cloud village shinobi. She only wins if she has katsyu.

Sakura is a skilled taijutsu user but I don't think she is as good as Hinata.

Rock Lee and Neji Hyuuga: No matter how badly u look at it Lee is miles above Neji interms of Speed yet Neji is >/= Lee interms of taijutsu.
Minato and Base Gai: Gai is super slower than Minato and yet he is above Minato interms of Taijutsu.

I can give u more examples.

Sakura might be faster but she ain't overwhelming Hinata ,Hinata has considerable speed so saying Sakura wins coz she is faster ain't going to help.

The only scan i showed of Sakura being controlled, was the one Chiyo states that Sakura could have evaded the Fourth Kazekage's attacks without her help.

@Keimil: I could've sworn that she ws being controlled inn the other pics.. Doesn't matter. As @Avinash012 said: Speed doesn't automatically make you the better taijutsu user. And Hinata's speed would be able to at least keep up with her.. You can't denie it. Hinata is the better Taijutsu user.

If you examine the attack patterns; you can clearly see that Neji is just blocking everything Hinata throws at her.
I would not call that keeping up.
