This was debatable when Sakura was without Byakugo and Kuchiyose: Namekuji. With these two in hand, Sakura wins without a shadow of a doubt.

I find it hilarious how you think a character whose only offensive ability is to punch things can beat someone who has not only been specifically trained in melee combat; but also has an ocular jutsu that supports her close-range capability.

Hinata wins this with absolutely no difficulty; simply because of the fact that Sakura isn't getting past her Byakugan with that sluggish speed and predictable attacks.

Sakura's Ōkashō whilst in Byakugo is completely unavoidable nor blockable with Hinata's current feats. Katsuya is also to much for Hinata.

With or without Katsuyu, Hinata stand no chance, as she cant even get close to Sakura

Without Katsuyu Sakura takes this with low difficulty, with Katsuyu she takes this with negative difficulty.
