Damn this has to be the 4th time I seen this thread up, anyway very hard I would say Hinata, only because Sakura's in your face taijutsu loses to a Hyuuga with gentle fist style blokes your chakra, on the other hard medical jutsu can help with that problem maybe. Hinata wins byuakugan just seems to strong for Sakura plus see is not that fast.

Look Hinata has long and short rage attack and defense moves, Super chakra control Smart fast thinker. Sakura in in trouble.

Hinata will gentle fist her way to Sakura blocking her chakra points first before Sakura can concoct some kind of poison or taijutsu her way. Xd
