Again, that makes no sense. If she was in healthy (1oo% rsted condition) she wouldn't let sakura land a punch on her. If I'm not mistaken, it was just one zetsu that went after her.
Sakura didn't do anything more either in the battle field. As you said, she only stopped one zetsu like hinata, did fight at first but stopped, hinata continued.

Her kind heart? really? the fact she didn't sense the enemy has nothing to do with her abilities. A ninja needs to always be aware. Specilaly since the news reach them that zetsus were impersonating their own. It was a careless mistake, don't try to brush it off with "her kind heart got her ninja skills blind"

And what's your argument that will support that hinata can win? Excatly.

Lol all I said is Sakura did the same as hinata fought and killed one zestu plus she healed people

And just so you know hinata wasn't fighting the whole time they did stop

About sakura emotion of coarse it's wrong but I am saying she didn't own them because they lied to her and they got on her emotions not because her ability in hinata case she couldn't beat them didn't dodge that's it

Sakura wins

But fanboys and haters will say Hinata

The struggle in being a Sakura fan

OT: Hinata wins. To say Sakura is the superior in taijutsu is utter ridiculousness, they are pretty equal, if anything Hinata is slightly better; but that isn't even the deciding factor. How exactly will Sakura manage to dodge Hinatas Vacuum Palm? Especially from close combat range. Her evasive skills really aren't all what Sakura fans hype them up to be, imo.

Also if this is the final decision, why didn't you add a poll?

Sorry but I have no struggle being a Sakura fan. I actually enjoy it :)

And how is a vacuum palm going to take out Sakura? All it does is knock you back

Hinata killed one zetsu plus fought others even if she didn't kill them. She tried her best to hold them back. What's your point? because your argument is still weak. You must be a girl-

No, if her abilities were THAT AMAZING, she wouldn't be fooled so easily, even if they were acting as nice people. There's no excuse for that. Failure to detect the enemy, is still a failure to show that you're capable of being that great of a ninja imo.

When Sakura can find a way to protect herslef from Hinatas Byakuga and her gentle fist, then I'll consider her being capable of winning. Sakura may be fast at dodging, but she cant possibly do that all day while she fights hinata, he'll get tired and it's very cowardly to just jump around. Are you telling me she's that much of a coward as well? lmao..

Sorry but I have no struggle being a Sakura fan. I actually enjoy it :)

What a noob. If you cant even figure it out yourself, then you must really be blind.

"Despite not being the main heroine of the series, Kishimoto stated that, at the time of the 2010 interview, Hinata would make a better heroine than Sakura. This is due to the fact that Hinata has a more complex background as opposed to Sakura who Kishimoto stated has a "normal" background"

This is from kishi himself - and tbh this is good for any argument that Hinata can actually beat sakura.

Wrong, that's not from Kishi himself. Learn not to trust every bullshit you see. And that "normal background" thing was invented.

What Kishi said, it's this: 周りからヒロインらしくないとかヒナタのほうがヒロインだとか言われているがやはりサクラは自分の中でヒロインなんで、これからヒロインっぽい所見せる」
Translation: I have been told by other people that Sakura isn’t acting like a heroine, or that Hinata is more of a heroine than her, but if I think of it Sakura really has the strength of a heroine inside her, and from here on out she’s ready to show it, too.

I have been told doesn't equal to Kishi said. But of course, it's more convenient to believe than to do the digging on your own.

I say Hinata will win, u say Sakura will, we'll look I think she's an alright character but Hinata will win if u are saing she won't well look naruto was slower then neji and he beated him, I looked at this Hinata vs Sakura and I just couldn't contain my lafter u say smoke boms are enof? Come on people Hinata has the byakugan she faced pain she isn't the same with her emotions on the other hand Sakura has poised write that's what ur thinking well it's not like Hinata will stay still and just get hit let me remind u again he has the byakugan

They are not any type of smoke bombs. They are smoke bombs who
Yes, Hinata has the Byakugan and she faced Pain and got one-shotted. And you are bringing emotions into this, really? Care to explain to me the relevance?
You are quite aware, I hope, on the fact that, if emotions hadn't been in place, Sakura would've stabbed Sasuke, right? Considering how close she was to impale him. We're not bringing emotions here. Let's not play double standards here, as in a fight with different characters in a vs thread we're not bringing emotions into play. We're purely discussing fight mode. So next time, try to work a little better on the argument, no offence.
Having the Byakugan doesn't necessarily means you have to be excellent in fight. Not trying to bring Hinata down or anything, as she did quite well in the war, however, by now, Sakura has more battle experience than her.

So the pain invasion was a filler? that's interesting. Sakuras' fight with Sasori must be a filler too.

Her character is indeed more complex than Sakura.

Sakura: Omg, I love sasg@y. Sasg@y sasg@y.. she broke her friendship for sasuke, she beat up her ex best friend for Sasuke b/c both promised not to lose to one another (that's most of her damn background) a stupid teenage girl who loves an emo guy. There's nothing that makes her stand out, other than her strength that lady tsunade helped her with. I wish Lady tsunade hadn't wasted so much time on her.
Tsunade is my fav female ninja along with Hinata.

Hinata: Her father always put pressure on her for being the eldest. He always treated her like she was worthless, she admired Narutos' determination and end up falling for him b/c of that. She was picked on, had to fight neji who nearly killed her because she didn't give up. (Sakura got knocked out by Ino -_-..Hinata faught neji, that's more of a challenge) She continue to train, went with neji for help in order to become a better hyuga. She tried to save Naruto, even if it cost her, her life. Not only once but twice! when has Sakura ever put her life in the line for Naruto like Hinata has?
Even in the latest chapter, it's hinata who's helping naruto, who protects naruto. & Sakura? (still thinking about sasuke)

To top that off, she has no special jutsu lmao..beat hinata? please. Hinata will only get stronger, if not in strength, she's already way stronger than her in heart and way more mature.

p.s for those of you who keep saying "hinata still lost to pain" but at least she wasn't in the street crying like a weakling like Sakura was. Also don't even come with your BS about "sakura saved her" it wouldn't had mattered either way. Pain would of revived her with his final jutsu.

1. Yes, Hinata's battle with Pein was a filler. Proof?
Manga:

In the manga, she directly activated Juuho Shoshiken and engaged Pein, not the slightest intention to even go for Naruto's chakra rods.

The rest of your argument, sorry to call it, but it's invalid. We already know both of their stories, manga wise.

it's called kishi plot. Learn it, love it, live it. He already said what he had to about hinata and also lets take in consideration that they've been fighting for days. What has sakura been doing? gee, idk just helping the fallen, not truly fighting and oh did you forget that naruto came to sake her @ss as well? she was about to get attacked by the zetsus- oh wait so I guess that doesn't count right? those two that Naruto took out aren't countable because you're fan of sakura.

Makes perfect sense. Sakura gets attacked by the zetsu while she was inside a tent, gets saved by naruto but that doesn't mean sh*t.
Hinata gets attacked by the zetsu in battle and gets saved by naruo which means she's weak and cant fight. (sarcasm)

What Sakura's been doing? By day, on the batterfield, in
She was implied up to a certain extent,
Such as, and later on, .
In the night of the attack, the other medical squads into discovering who's behind the attack, given her intelligence on the batterfield, and as we later on , about his mimic technique, which .
What was that useful for? Well, based , Shikaku later and later on, he was able to come based on what he had on Naruto, and what he had been told by Sakura.
This is what Sakura's been doing on the batterfield.

As, well, on the scan you gave us, let's analyze a bit Sakura's case. Sakura was facing them and in any time, she could've punched them both. She could have anytime engage them. But it is, as you say, PLOT! Because we had to see that Naruto is 1: fast, 2: able to sense the bad guys. How comes in Hinata's case it's plot and she's a great fighter and it's only the PLOT to be blamed, but in Sakura's case it's not plot to be blamed? Fallacies? Playing double standards? Nice.
Now, Hinata's case.

As we can see here, this scap proves what I've always said. Hinata doesn't have rotation.
If she'd had, she'd be in a perfect position to do one, based on what we've seen in the last chapter by Neji and Hizashi. That chapter himself, proved that Hinata doesn't have rotation. She was only doing 64 Tigrams Air Palm Vacuum. As well, in the end, she landed on her bottom. But, of course, let's blame it on the plot, but only on Hinata's case, not Sakura's, right?
So, yeah, Naruto hadn't just been saving Sakura's ass.
You might want to reconsider your views regarding medical ninjutsu. It's not just...healing. Because when a medic does a surgery, it's not just a surgery. ;)
Thank you for your time!

That can probably be said from a long distance, but this is close range combat. The force will be far greater from a closer-range, and its quite possible to even disrupt Sakuras chakra flow. Furthermore, it easily deals a significant amount of damage, ultimately slowing down Sakura and creating openings for Hinata.

1. It doesn't disrupt chakra flow at all.

2. If you think that technique makes her win then I think your forgetting Sakura's main technique which is a 1 hit kill. Superior to vaccum palm.

Since you're so sure, mind sharing you're source stating it doesn't? All Hyuga clan techniques deal with hitting the chakra points, I thought this was common knowledge.

And excuse me while I search the part in my post where I said Vacuum Palm alone defeats Sakura.

Excuse me? As far as I know, false.
They deal with damaging internal organs.

Meaning, when you'll get hit, you'll still have chakra, however, your organs will be damaged, like it happened to HInata's here.

However, regarding the chakra points, between the two of them, the one who was able to see the chakra points, was Neji.

That's why he was able to use Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms or Eight Trigrams One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms. Because between them two, he was the one able to see where the chakra points are located and how to press them.

Yes, Hinata has Air Vacuum Palm. What it does? Striking a vital point.

But this, Sakura can heal. Funny enough, is that this, apparently, compensates for weakness in Taijutsu.

Oh, it was internal organs, okay. What I meant by chakra points, was the chakra pathway system, I thought they were relatively the same thing.

You're scans regarding Neji being the only one of two being able to see the chakra points was part 1, can we both agree that Hinata advanced since then? I mean, I think its very plausible that she is now able to do the same in part 2.

And how exactly is Sakura going to find the time to heal? This is a 1 V 1 where her opponent can see her exact location if she decides to take refuge in order to buy time to heal herself. I don't see it happening.

They are and they not. Byakugan sees the chakra pathway system, however, Neji's proficiency lies in the fact that he can also see the opening points of the chakra pathway system. Hinata does not have that.
Yes, we can agree that she advanced since then, but the thing is, we have never seen her being indeed able to identify the points. If her capability regarding that matter would have risen, don't you think Kishi would've showed it? Yet, Kishi concentrated more with her on Air Palm and Juuho Shoshiken.

Well, Sakura's prowess to heal even in the midst of a battle was already brought up until now, manga-wise and databook-wise. Yes, it is a 1 vs. 1 situation where her opponent can see her exact location, but that doesn't mean that the opponent has to get to the location in the same time he sees the location. And as we've previously seen, given her medical skills, Sakura heals, at least herself, quite rapidly in the manga.

Yes, healing one self in battle isn't that easy, however, Sakura has proved her worth before in that matter.

Fair enough, assuming Hinata not being able to see the chakra points doesn't alter my decision.

I believe Vacuum Palm is being underrated here. Not only is dodging it while in close range nearly impossible, being struck by the vital points causes great pain, and can also temporarily immobilize the enemy. With that being said, Vacuum Palm clearly gives Hinata the edge in a close combat encounter.

Correct me if im wrong. What you're saying is after Sakura is hit close range by Vacuum Palm (As her chances of dodging it are slim to none) she is going to simply get right back up as nothing happened, run off, and heal herself? All the while Hinata just sits and watches? If so, that seems pretty flawed.

I am not underrating nothing. However, the thing is, Sakura is close-mid range combat. That's why she was put on the division, for once. Sakura has the upper hand given the fact she can alter the surroundings to her favor, and it was proven countless times that terrain alterations benefit, can destabilize a ninja, and we know that plays a factor. Not to mention, Sakura has higher intelligence, it was shown she uses distractions to lure her enemy, can manipulate chakra effectively so that she can boost her speed, reads the movement pattern, devises plans attacking in pin-pointed locations, so on, and so forth.
And given her intelligence and knowing that her opponent is a Hyuga, you think that she'd go bluntly into CQC? No. She'd devise a plan, most likely, a distraction, and bam, then get the hit.
And when I am saying this, I am saying based on what I've seen on both's fights. And as I said, currently, Sakura has more battle experience than Hinata, and given her stats, she does have the upper hand over Hinata.
If she gets hurt, she can fairly dodge until she has herself healed, though that happens quite quick, and who knows, in the same time maybe she throws an explosive kunai or something.
It was shown she has good use of them. Btw, she resisted an explosion, I think she'll do pretty good with other stuff as well.

First of all how is altering the surroundings work in her favor? It's not like pulverising the ground enhances anything.

Again, this is a 1 V 1 match up, not a group fight where Sakura is given the prep time to come up with some type of diversion to lure her enemy. Also she is fighting against a Byakugan user gifted with xray and 360 degree vision, which makes coming up with some type of diversion in the midst of fight more difficult. Not to mention being able to see the chakra pathway system, Hinata is able to see where Sakura is molding up her chakra which makes it a lot more easier to predict whatever she is about to do.

I mean honestly, what kind of diversion can Sakura just pull out of her ass to completely fool Hinata. Yes, she is the most intelligent out of the two, but at the same time, Hinata isn't an air-head you quite frankly make her seem to be. Also, vital point wounds aren't the same as a stab wounds, we can't assume she will heal them as quickly. As I said, taking direct hits to the vital points, will temporarily immobilize Sakura, at the very least slow her down. How Sakura manages to jump right back up, dodge Hinatas gentle fist, all the while heal herself is beyond me.

sakura is a close range fighter and weather people like to admit or not the byakugan practicaly gives the user precog as hinata as a kid was able to hit like a taousand beed each gentle fist attack is aimead at attacking the chakra system, sakura maybe fast and strong but she cant kill someone capable of 32 palms, vacuum palm, lion fist (which could stun pain), and protection of the eight trigrams 64 palms.

the main reason sakura looses is attacks llike vacuum palm that are short and mid range and the fact that all hinata's moves being gentle fist attacks can either paralyze an oponent or cause internat damage organs. not to mention all hinata has to do is use protection of the 64 palms to cut sakura into pieces .

hinata>sakura. sakura has more skills and talent but gentle fist is a short range fighters worst nightmare. and dont say someone who can preform the above techs and possesses the byakugan has reflexes because thats not true if hinatas reflexes were slow the all the jutsu above especially protection of the sixty for palms wouldnt work.

if you compare the girl's arsenals then you'll find sakura has very few things besides her strength and medical ninjutsu that can try to combat combat beat hinata's gentle fist. basically im saying that sakura cannot beat a woman who was trained since childhood in the leafs greatest taijutsu style. when sakura develops counters for the above jutsu then maybe she can win untill then like the OP said hinata wins.

this thread was pointless its basically sakura fans vs hinata fans and people will simply defend the characters they like best not the characters they think will win, a sakura fan will never admit hinata can beat her and vice versa.
