Since all sakura has to go on is bunshins (which the byakugan can easily see through), Basics Tricks/Traps which is also seen through by the bygakugan and Taijutsu in which she is slower and less skilled in.

Obviously Hinata can counter everything in her arsenal, but as a kunoichi Sakura is more versatile and overall more skilled + she has more combat feats.
