Hinata actually wins mid diff... especially with filler feats. Heck it might even be a stomp.

First of all her Byakugan range is INFINITELY better than Neji's (lol 10km,)so Kidomaru cannot get the drop on her at all. Second you could just copy/paste 64 palms Guard over Neji's Rotation and she still has 64 Palms to fend off spiders. TLF or One Body Blow slays once she gets close.

Take away filler feats though and it becomes a high diff fight.

Honestly, I think Hinata takes this; Neji's whole issue with Kido was that his Byakugan didnt have a long enough range to track him. Iirc, Hinata's Byakugan range is much much longer than Neji's, so she shouldnt have much trouble in terms of finding him.

kidomaru cant hide or set up his sphere of circular attacks. He'll just be running 4 his life & has no answer 4 calculated air palms.

War arc Hinata beats all of the sound 4...by comparison, Kiba still has no counter to Sakon/Ukon.

Neji beat him with only gentle fist and rotation.

She now knows gentle fist (eight trigrams 64 palms), how to protect herself (protecting eight trigrams), attack (step twin lion fists which are now stronger due to Hamura's chakra and she knows air palm for long distance attacks) and how to heal.
