Itachi w/ Sharingan at this age is a threat to people like Orochimaru, so he'd defeat Hinata. Without it he doesn't stand a chance.
Was it actually confirmed he was 13 at that point? 13 was when he killed the Uchiha iirc
Naturally. That's how it's been for almost every Sharingan user who doesn't have access to flash techs in their regular base state.
Pretty sure he was being introduced around the same time Oro attacked him, but I can't remember if that was anime only or not.
He went with Tobi and he pretty much joined Akatsuki straight after. So yes he was 13.
I can agree to that, but during that time when he fought Orochimaru, Itachi looks the exact same as he did in Part 1/part 2. It seems far more likely based on his appearance and height he was most certainly not 13. After all, we have no indication how long Orochimaru waited until he attempted to take Itachi's Sharingan.
Your mistaken Itachi looks the same as he always has it's just that his uniform changes. Itachi doesn't change looks you have to remember Orochimaru tried to take his body and failed he was the first body Orochimaru tried failing he settled for another body.
That's well and all, but again, but when it comes down to it, is there any confirmation he is even 13 here, without speculation? I don't think so, so using this as a feat for 13 y/o Itachi isn't viable since his age here can't be determined.
Of course it can we know Itachi joined at 13. We know Orochimaru betrayed Akatsuki and went on his hunt shortly after. He would've had to left shortly after Itachi joining to do what he did or rather groom his followers and find them.
None of what you said still proves that is Itachi at 13 though. Just speculation.
