sakura is very pretty is her pink hair i just hate pink. i personally think hinata is ugly compare to sakura even though hinata is my fav. look at hinata compare to sakura and ino in one of the dance in naruto she looks like a loser compare to both girls. also i love hinata hair and eyes. but in naruto she is the only girl that no has eye lashes tenten ino sakura all of them have big beautiful eye lashes. but when you see hinata fanart compare to sakura ino and tenten she beats them all because in the fanart she actually has eye lashes. in fanarts she is so stuning.

This whole thing is subjective so nobody can really place hardened "facts" on the table and force somebody else into thinking otherwise. At best you can use the majority argument.

Kishimoto probably intended for Hinata to look cute but not in a fashion model sort of way

While Sakura was supposed to look "beautiful" like a cherry blossom perhaps. Although I'm not sure if Kishimoto likes her style or not.. there was a quote that I just can't remember. Either way I believe Kishimoto feels that he can't make pretty women judging from what he said in a page about Sakura's design. I don't think he liked Part 1 Sakura's look either judging from this:

I agree with Chatte. They both have two different types of beauty. One is the pretty type like Sakura, one is the more natural/cute type like Hinata.

I love both of them so I could never choose which.
I'm sure they see eachother as beautiful also. I mean even Sakura said she was envious of Hinata...

Well, other than the pink hair, just imagine her not having pink hair, like black for example. She could look more realistic if she had black hair though. As for Hinata, I believe that she has darkish purple/blue hair and white eyes, Clearly Sakura does look a more realistic character than Hinata.
And Sakura isn't flat-chested.

Hinata with dark eyes seems more realistic to me :shrug:
