Depends. Sakuras face is much prettier, but Hinata has bigger boobs. Then again, Sakura has overall also very nice figure. Sakura also wins when it comes to hairstyle.

And Hinata's hair style doesn't suck. It's hair. In my opinion hair doesn't make someone good looking, it's the structure of their face and body. And Hinata definitely has a better body.

Sakura does not have a prettier face and an overall better body. Not just her boobs. Sakura has a butt that's it. She has no other features that make her stand out. Hinata has a nice hip to waist ratio. She actually looks like a real girl. Where as Sakura looks like those girls everyone is always jealous of because they have no body fat at all (which btw is not healthy for women).
