She solo's mid-Diff Adding Choji and Hinata is overkill.And I'm pretty sure Sakura and Choji CQC Is already a Advantge.
Sakura was able to find Kakashi underground even though she had no sensory Abilitites if she finds him and strikes the ground his body get's obliterated.

Overrating Sakura much? Neither team has intel. Sakura and intelligence, agility, reflexes should not be in the same sentence. Please, kindly give me scans of Sakura's over-the-top intelligence. Kakashi has been known as a genius since he was born. Agility and reflexes? The only shit she dodged was Sasori's slow as hell techniques. Kakashi's been speed blitzing V2 Jinchuuriki's and keeping up with 6G Gai. He's also been:
-able to turn his head and watch Juubi Jin Madara at full speed
-Stab Kakuzu from the back without making a sound or being sensed
-Counter Itachi's Jutsu even if he can't see the hand seals he's making (this supports his battle intellect)
- Copy and do a Jutsu before Zabuzu could (No one in the team can even do hand seals that quick)

I'm sorry, am I destroying you with legitimate feats? Yes, I do think Kakashi can blitz all three of them.

Here's how it'll go.
-Team 1 is faced against Kakashi
-Kakashi makes a mud wall
-Team 1 backs off for a bit waiting to see what happens
-Kakashi makes two Raiton clones and goes underground
- The clones break through the wall and rush towards the team
- Kakashi's clone proceeds to try and Raikiri Sakura and Hinata (this happens incredibly quick. We know Kakashi's speed)
- Obviously Sakura and Hinata try to dodge it
- Kakashi grabs Hinata from underground
-one down
- Kakashi jumps out of the ground and uses mud wall behind Sakura, stopping her
-Sakura uses her seal and punches the clone
-The clone paralyzes her
-Kakashi and his other clone try to Raikiri Choji (keep in mind Choji takes time to enter BM)
- Two down (no way in hell choji is going to dodge two Kakashi's)
- Sakura will obviously lose sooner or later

Your preferred scenario:
-Kakashi makes a mud wall
-Sakura proceeds to build up chakra in her fist and punches the wall
-Kakashi makes three clones (more than enough time before Sakura punches the wall)
-Kakashi goes underground
- The three clones back away from Sakura
-Hinata realizes these are clones
-One clone stays with Sakura.
-Other two clones rush Chouji and Hinata
-Clone tries to Raikri Hinata
-Kakashi grabs her from underground
-One down
-Same happens to Choji (especially considering how much slower he is)
-Sakura will sooner or later die

Can't see 3T Kakashi taking down this cluster, mainly due to BM Chouji's presence who is arguably a match for 3T Kakashi alone (if Genjutsu is omitted). Genjutsu is still a threat here, but much less so when there are three of them that can break each other out if it comes to that. Throw in a 5-10% sized Katsuyu and team 1 has a hell of a lot of tools to pressure just one guy.

People underrate 3T Kakashi's genjutsu, which was on par with Obito's.
A skillful combination of genjutsu, speed and raiden will be able to secure a victory mid-diff at most.
