She's only a sensory type when Byakugan is on, which it wasn't at that point, most likely due to her having used up a lot of chakra the night before. Even if her Byakugan was on, again, I repeat, that wouldn't have helped her know whether those Zetsus were actually clones or allies until they struck at her.

She knew the clones were attacking the alliance therefore she should be ready for anything.And even if they do try to jump at her,its not that difficult to use Air Palm or whatever the Hyuuga tech is (You know it better than me) as they dont need much to take out

Tenten takes this. She fights from distance which will keep her safe and make her able to fight longer.
Hinata on the other hand is a close range fighter, that many of opponents will overwhelm her easily.
Lets not forget about Sage's tools.
