That's because she was being protected. Still, even if it is fact that she got saved, it doesn't matter. Just because some one is saved, that doesn't necessarily mean they needed to be saved. Hinata had been fighting for over a day with no sleep, even Neji ended up collapsing due to fatigue, so already she was at a disadvantage. Not to mention those Zetsus were disguised as allies, so them managing to surprise attack her is understandable. On the other hand, Naruto can sense which ones the enemies are.

They can use normal henge, kaguya the progenitor, couldn't tell that sasuke was a henge'd naruto clone. I think it's safe to say hinata can't either. That is unless you believe hinata's byakugan is superior to kaguya's
