Why wouldn't it? Naruto doesn't have any genes for dojutsu.

So if naruto and hinata would had a child, it will hawe a byakugan or not? Yes/no? Why?

Kishimoto said in an old interview that if a Hyuuga had a child with an Uchiha, this child would have a Byakugan in one eye, and a Sharingan in its other Eye.

So if Hinata had a Child with Naruto, it would make perfect sense if this child had at least one Byakugan, or no Byakugan at all (or even both eyes being Byakugan).

Genetics plays with probabilities after all.
