I say yes. She was the first person to accept him. She saved him from Pain...even if it was by getting foddered in front of him in order to release the six tails XD! She kind of possesses Minato's approach by just watching from a distance and Comming to his aid in a time of need (which once again didn't end well). Plus their child would be a powerhouse XD
