i dont think she knows i mean naruto couldn even break the mask with his head and it might be chakra re-enforced and as we all know byakugan can see chakra therefore the chakra is blocking his face

It doesn't look like she was using Byakugan at that time though. And it could be like whenever Gaara got captured and they extracted the Shukaku. Neji couldn't exactly see into their hideout because of seals. Tobi could easily have a seal under his mask, or the material is a type where the Byakugan can't see through. And don't they just see chakra on the inside?

Not to mention if Hinata saw his face she probably has no idea who it is so it's not like she can say she saw his face. And why would they make Tobi remove his mask, when that's the suspense part of Naruto? xd

i think it was mentioned in the manga, some where after the pain invasion a byakugan user tried seing through the mask and couldnt.

Fail by you, when they see like that, they see chakra networks only if it's on people so they don't really see the face

not only chakra networks also the shape of the object like neji saw all the inside of tobi base and i dont think it matters if she saw his face that dosent mean she will recognize him unless he is a charictor that she has met wich i highly dout

I know I'm saying while she has the Byakugan activated. For example one of the Sharingan's techniques is being able to see the flow of chakra but we know that Sasuke (just an example!!) probably doesn't use that anymore because of him spamming Susano'o, btw he is my favorite character.

Plus even if she could see his face, Tobi himself has stated that his mask is made of some special material.

Nah, Hinata's byakugan is like an x-ray machine, where you see the veins and bones.

If the Hyuuga clan can see what's underneath the clothing, now that's invason of privacy. However, if they can see faces behind the mask, then they can be considered as walking x-ray machines. The Hokage should give the Hyuuga clan the task to act as Konoha's security guards.

When she was there at that time (Like in your picture), her Byakugan wasn't active (There's no veins around her eyes if you look).

Also when she activated her Byakugan, she was concentrating on something else.
