64 Palms is a true testament to Hinata’s amazing reflexes.

There is very direct comparison of Sakura and Hinata’s Chakra levels in The Last. We see Hinata recover Naruto’s drained Chakra pool within an instant, not even showing any signs of fatigue either, while Sakura takes three whole 3 days to do so with every last ounce of her Chakra, whereupon she is so exhausted to the point that she’s forced to lie down herself.

Sure, you can argue that Naruto was completely unconscious with Sakura while he was merely on his knees with Hinata (although he was still able to mumble in his sleep, so it clearly wasn’t that bad), but that doesn’t change the MASSIVE difference in the time and the resulting fatigue of both girls, which is non-existent in Hinata’s case while with Sakura, she's collapsed completely.

Not to mention, with Sakura, Kurama would also have had ample enough time to also help with the healing process, while with Hinata, Kurama was off fighting the Hamura Golem, and even if he wasn't, the speed at which Hinata pulled it off wouldn't even give Kurama substantial time to help out.
