There is no proof Hinata lost the Chakra she gained from Hamura. No where does it even hint at her no longer having it.

The writers of the movie explicitly made it a point and went out of their way to show the Tenseigan disappear from Hanabi’s eyes so people wouldn’t go around thinking this 15 year old has moon-busting powers, yet no such thing was done with Hinata, and when asked about the Chakra, Kishimoto didn’t even say she lost the abilities when asked about it, instead saying that it probably improved her abilities.

She received it in the same way Naruto/Sasuke did, by falling unconscious and receiving it on another plain of existence from a Six Paths Sage, so unless it is ever confirmed either of those two no longer have that Chakra, which likely isn’t the case considering they were still being used in the final fight, there is no reason to believe she has lost it.
