Here's a plausible (I think) scenario:

Hinata will be beaten really really really (you get the point ) badly. So badly that Naruto will think she is dead (let's hope Kishimoto decides to avoid any Rinne Tensei type of ****).
But then our marvelous yellow-haired moron..eeh I mean hero will show to Obito that he is not turning evil , proceed to beat him maybe with the help of Kakashi and then realize that the girl with the big boobs (not Tsunade, I am still talking about Hinata) is not actually dead but has survived barely.
