did hinata is more stronger than neji?Because she have the power of neji plus her gentle step twin lion fist and the protection of the 8 trigrams 64 palms :shrug: .And she have a better chakra control . and she is a member of the principal branch of the hyuga family.And i think hinata could developp a new inner power like choji in or after the war so neji is really weak compared to hinata :flaw:
