Holy shit Hinata is weak, still people vote for her. Down is Hinata, over is Sakura

The stats are great at anticipating what might go down as it breaks down all the attributes of each nin.
However the fact that sakura is higher in stats does not mean she wins. This is a VS thread and part of her stats are higher but only because she excels in one major area. That is medical ninjustu.Take out the stats that contrast with medical ninjustu and her other qualities are sub par at best.

Example; say one has 35 in stats but there dire weakness(everyone has a weakness) is fire.
Now someone with fire ninjustu would be best suited for the fight even if there states are say 30 - 34

Hiashi considers her strong enough to protect Neji, just as he does for her. Hinata is much more flexible than Sakura, so she'll better dodge her attacks. Having Kuushou/Kuuhekishou will keep Sakura at a distance and do some good damage. Hinata will know when Sakura plans to attack because she'll be able to see her focusing chakra to her fist. Aside from Gentle Fist, she has Jūho Sōshiken..

I'm assuming because of some battle tactics here. Having the Byakugan, doesn't make you the best.
Only if you're Neji Hyuga, though.

Yes, having the Byakugan doesn't automatically make you the best. However, in this fight between evenly matched foes, Hinata, who is no amateur with the Byakugan, has the upper hand. Simple as that.

Yes, if Sakura lands a blow, it's pretty much over. However, the same is true if Hinata lands a blow with Gentle Fist. Thus, the perception and subsequent evasion acquired through use of the Byakugen gives Hinata the upper hand. Also, Hinata has mid-range attacks (air palm).

having 0.5 better speed won't really make a diffrence.

My opinion is that Hinata would win, because she's a fighter and specialist inTaijutsu while Sakura is a med nin, who specilizes in healing and curing others.

True ... though Sakura is a pretty capable fighter herself.

BRIEF STATS: Hinatas speed and agility are faster than Sakuras which give her an edge. Granted, both Hinata and Sakura could both do serious damage if either landed even one critical hit on each other.

That said, I feel Sakura has more stamina than Hinata, as well as the obvious physical strength in her Taijitsu.

BATTLE: The two fight fist to fist, Sakura trying to land a blow using a combination of fast punches and kicks, Hinata evading and using the Gentle Fist as well as obviously activating her Byakugan and reading Sakuras chakra flow, whilst at the same time analyzing the battlefield in order to gain a better vantage to use the wind palm.

Sakura lands a direct blow sending Hinata flying, but maintaing her balance landing on one knee steadying herself. Hinata lunges forward with a few gentle fist attacks, leaps back, and performs an Eight Trigrams Vacuum Wall Palm, which causes Sakura to fly backward, but securely on her feet. Hinata leaps forward towards Sakura again activating her Gentle Step Twin Lion Fists. Sakura dodges a few, Hinata lands three critical hits. Sakura feels her chakra deplete from her right arm. Sakura grimaces holding the injured arm. Hinata takes one step forward, then rotates into Eight Trigrams Thirty-Two Palms....

OUTCOME: Hinata defeats Sakura, having the advantage of the Byakugan.

:ghehe:

Off the topic of Sakura and Hinata, imagine this move combined with Narutos Chakra Cloak....

I never saw any thread that you may have posted in, nor have i ever engaged in this discussion before.
If you were going to bother to post in here in the first place why not explain yourself.Or explain yourself with this post ?

I am not sure how that counter his point surely your not saying that having a byakugan does not give her the advantage in any close up combat scenario seeing how she excels at close combat to begin with because she is a taijustu specialist.

Your not backing up any of the statements you have cared to give nor do you acknowledge anything anyone else said.
Your just shrugging of clear points and offering nothing in return.Your debating skills in this discussion in particular are not helping your case.

But 2008 was a long time ago. Characters obviously improve.
Then explain to me what the difference from 2008 till now is for Hinata. She have not changed anything because we haven't seen anything from her.

That goes for both of them. Proof Hinata did more?

i have no proof. That's why we'll have to wait and see.

But from the facts that she was trained by Neji and is to be the next heir to the Hyuga clan and having Dojutsu makes me believe she'd win.

Kishi hasn't shown much training for either one. We know, however, that Sakura has continued training in medical ninjutsu (she was pretty much the head of the medical division in the war) and Hinata has continued her Gentle Fist and Byakugan training with Neji (she's gotten the lion fist things, has used air palm, etc).

So that's why I say Hinata wins. Unless Sakura plans on healing her to death.

She's a side-charcter bro. She's not going to have much time to show her abilities.

Wait till tomorow, and we'll hopfully see what she can do. :)

Nobody has clear results from the fruit of her training but since she is next in line to lead the hyuuga surely neji and hiashi trained her well. She had the strongest hyuuga training her.She can't go anywhere but up lol
