Hinata can't block chakra path ways, unless neji taught her. But every blow hinata lands will damage sakura's internal organs. However if hinata get's hit with one blow from sakura, she will be fatally wounded. In overall shinobi tactics I say sakura wins. I haven't seen hinata with any battle experience except against neji. There was pain but she could barely touch him which would be the same case as sakura but one blow would do much more then a blow from hinata.

Maybe next chapter will change my thoughts.

But if Hinata went for the jackpot organ, Sakura would be finished.

Better yet why would you assume this knowing that she was trained by neji and the fact its crucial as the next leader to be well versed in the hyuuga arts ?

Are you suggesting that a fatal strike to the organs is somehow less deadly then a crack in the skull ?
You need your organs to stay alive my friend.And even if sakura manages to heal them somehow(which would be amazing since healing with ruptured organs would take crazy stamina) before hinata decides to continue to attack (as you know the attacks once in motion are almost impossible to stop.)It would also take a high toll on her chakra reserves as healing vital organs is no easy task and only reserved for the best medics.And i know she is revered for being the best under tsuande.It still does not change the fact that it would take a toll on her.This would essentially leave her in the same position once again.

I never believed i ever said such a thing i merely responded to another post where i mention that a cracked skull is on equal terms with ruptured organs.I don't take any classes in hope of becoming a doctor one day but, i do know you can't survive organs being squashed.Same as you can't survive a hole in your head.Your very off topic lol

I've did it in many threads before. If you had used Search Bar, you would've seen my answers regarding this match.
That's why there I said "Search bar, VS threads section".

I'm assuming because of some battle tactics here. Having the Byakugan, doesn't make you the best.

having 0.5 better speed won't really make a diffrence.

My opinion is that Hinata would win, because she's a fighter and specialist inTaijutsu while Sakura is a med nin, who specilizes in healing and curing others.

Well I personally say Hinata

First of all she is a combat specialist where Sakura is a medical specialist

Hinata has mid-range attacks with air vacuum palm and kunai where Sakura would only have kunai

While Hinata and Sakura both specialize in close range combat, Hinata has the edge.

This is because her fighting style blocks chakra points...this renders Sakura's enhanced punches as well as her medical ninjutsu absolutely useless.

Basically it comes down to this: Can Sakura land a punch on a vital part of Hinata (Chest to cave in the sternum, or a headshot to crush in the skull) before her chakra points are blocked off. In my opinion...Hinata being a close range combatant that specializes in combat won't be taking hits to the body if she is aware of her opponents strength (which she should).
