people fail to understand that some people believe filler is canon

You understand nothing at all. The excellent chakra control Hyuga have they use it to do internal damages, not external damages, which is a taijutsu style which is said to be the strongest in all Konoha. Raikage can kick huge block, does it mean he has excellent chakra control? So please, read the manga again and understandDoesn't prove it's better than Sakuras

Hinata can cut off chakra points, that's all. She has far from perfect chakra control.
