hamura didn't give hinata a power up he only told that he didn't want the ootutsuki to destroy earth that's all

use logic:

-if hamura had that power then sealing kaguya would've been a piece pf cake and he wouldn't nee hago.

-kaguya should've had such eye.

so no hinata is not and will never be above part 1 neji.

That having some logic there, but Naruto habit ìs, they like to retcon everything in the last minute, first is Kaguya, second is Hamura, third is BZ is Kaguya will and change the tablet, forth is yin and yang seal event and creation of moon and also when is hago become juubi jin?
