This is what i'm saying. Not trying to bash hinata but her training with neji for three years and not learning it yet was just surprising.

i dont see it as a disappointment neji was a prodigy among hyuga and hinata never had what it took to improve but now is different. hinata has her own developed moves, like twin lions which will only add to the destructive power of her 64 palms

Hinata developed her own Techniques which where totally different from Neji's and its mainly a defensive technique. Neji's technique was a offensive which used opponents chakra and reverted it back. And you are forgetting something here Hinata techniques have been evolved by herself so its obvious it will take some time for a person who was hailed as failure. Neji was a prodigy to begin.
