He has only trolled a few like Sakura, Hinata, Tenten, and Ino.

A lotof other female characts recieved their justice in the manga. Temari was shown to be strong with her Futon and Kishi didn't interfere. Kushina died for her son. A mother who dies for her child is respect right there. She lived to her Uzumaki hype. I think her CC is the strongest, even stronger than Karin's. Karin and Konan never got trolled. Karin's maturity is the sign that her character was good. She recieved adequate development. I don't even have to talk about Konan right. Kaguya the FV, she is the strongest in NV. Kishi proved himself not to be sexist by adding a female into the mix. Her personality was shit but Kishi never trolled with her by messing with her power. She was nerfed to fit the plot.

Sakura was trolled strength and pairing wise. She was supposed to be equal to Naruto and Sasuke. It was promised in Part 1, it never happened albeit it was close at one point. SS was harrased as a fandom by Kishi.

Hinata was trolled the most. She had a dojutsu yet did nothing impressive. She was put as a fanservice fodder.

Kishi can have bipolar views about females at times.

Yeah, her fuinjutsu was pretty cool. But it was easy for Kishi to do that because she's already dead. He didn't really have to plan ahead for her arc, he did it all at once and it was done. After that she just said mom things.

Nah. Kaguya being female =/= Kishi understands how to write female characters. Kaguya's gender wouldn't really have mattered/does not matter, honestly. She has so little personality that she might as well be agender/featureless. But again, this was an all-at-once thing.

Kishi cannot effectively plan arcs for his female characters. If he does, he trolls them.
