[Illustrator] Hinata Coloring

So, I made my first attempt at using Adobe Illustrator. I just used a line art from the internet, but normally I'd draw my own picture and color it with good old colored pencils. But I decided to try something new

Also, does anyone recommend a program besides Adobe Illustrator?
