Sasuke wont get caught buy a chunin level taijutsu even if it is a hyuga. I assume sharingan is still allowed. Reading hinata's moves with his sharingan is like cake for someone of his level

fast or not he comes close and its rotation for dat ass...that aside hyugas have the deadliest taijutsu so if its just hand to hand combat Hinata takes this one it doesnt matter if she is just a chunin once Sasuke's chakra is affected its game over for the uchiha boy

this would have been a better comparison if it was neji and sasuke... my understanding of the 8 trigram - 64 palms is that its not dodgable i haven't seen anyone dodge it ... so sasuke vs hyuga style taijutsu as much as i hate to admit it ... hyuga win this one...
