Sasuke is a plot device for Naruto, his whole character was created to be a rival for Naruto. In fact Kishi admitted he created Sakura's character for a love triangle Lol.

Of course naruto wont talk about sasuke, sasuke exists to serve him not the other way around, everything sasuke had to go through ultimately was for the sole purpose of fighting naruto and then when he had nothing left to contribute he was put aside to make way for new villain like toneri.

Secondly if you want panels where hinata is not talking to naruto go back and see the chunnin exam, fight with neji, hinata talking with her father and neji, fighting with zetsus, fighting juubi etc etc.
