Kushina is a housewife and knitting is normally their trademark.Molly Weasley was also a housewife for near entirety of all 7 books except when she took down Bellatrix in the last book.Dusting shelves isn't that bad in comparison. It may seem a little more insulting but it's less of a trademark of a housewife
That's why I have respect for them being housewives if they are. The only problem sometimes is that if character has good development, or at least proper development in terms of actually having abilities to benefit a large majority of a group such as healing, then they should act upon that. Kishimoto should give her a day time job at least working in the medical field.
Characters like Hinata for instance, if she is only a house wife, it would not matter much because she is the Hokage's wife. I don't believe Mito, or any other female who was the "First Lady" had any other side job. It would be great if we see her working in the Hyuuga clan household as some sort of teacher. Considering that she has changed, and grown stronger over those years (despite how haters deny, Hinata in the Chunin exams is nothing in comparable to Hinata in the war arc). I would believe that these females would get the support that they need to make strong, dependent women. Even if they are married.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but Sakura is a horrible character. Hinata is no better though, so when it comes down to two characters who are horrible. It goes to how their fans justify their sloppy development.I wasn't trying to justify sakura's character, this thread was aimed at the people who thought that Hinata was better then Sakura, so oh the irony to yourself
