It honestly depends upon how much 'crazy OP' you want to attribute to Sasuke. The idea that any human (Hokage, Uchiha, etc) could stand up to the power of a tailed beast is just... silly (and partly why the Sage of Six Paths was an absolute legend). Naruto should just downright steamroll anything in his path ... so in order to make Sasuke seem relevant... he must get some mystical ability to stand toe-to-toe with Naruto even though Naruto is supposed to have chakra reserves and capabilities that exceeded the Jounin and Hokage levels in part 1.
There are some ways to try and make the combat relatively asymetric... to give Sasuke an edge he can exploit... but Naruto just has so much overwhelming and raw power that it's difficult to entertain a realistic challenge for him.
Sakura can do some interesting things with poisons and, of course, insane strength... but Hinata has the overall superior taijutsu abilities. Even though the databook has Sakura as being faster - the databooks are notoriously unreliable and the plot often contradicts them (they are produced largely for merchandising). Even then - the Byakugan is more of an edge in Taijutsu to compensate for slightly lower speed.
Switching up opponents changes part of the picture... Hinata versus Sasuke would be relatively interesting and definately force Hinata to pull out anything she's been holding back... If the Gentle Fist proves itself effective against the Susano'o - the Hyuga might very well be Uchihabane.
Though Naruto would dispatch Sakura without any effort. About her only chance is if she slips in a poison or something that his magical nine-tails and sage modes can't purify. Their effect on Hinata would be relatively unknown (Hinata is shown to carry healing ointments - and it's possible the Hyuga have a range of antitoxins/antivenoms for use to protect the Head Branch members in combat). Plus - who knows if they could pull some "manipulate the inner coils system to enhance the body's ability to purify itself" ability out of their rectum.
Outside of Ultimate Ninja Storm - it seems like the odds are unfairly stacked against SasuSaku, here.
