How on earth are those two related? I have read many crack theories about hinata being "kaguya's reincarnation" or hinata somehow meeting kaguya. It makes zero sense as hinata and kaguya are completely different both personality wise and power wise too.

That's about it. The best relation you can say is that she is a key bloodline starter. Being from the main branch, Hinata/Hiashi/Hanabi would be the most closely blood related Hyuga to Kaguya assuming the Hyuga are related (which is likely).

Everything you said is probably right. When I was talking about them being "related" I was talking about the way naruto is to asura, or sasuke to indra(and their connection to the whole sage thing) I still fail to see how hinata is more related to kaguya than any other hyuuga could possibly be.
