Now add the fact that Naruto was able to restart his network by force by releasing Kuruma's chakra into his tenketsu network, that is null for Hima's strike though because Kuruma was sealed as well.

You literally just reiterated my fact. She hit him in an extremely sensitive spot. Neji took the time to seal multiple tenketsu's when he could have simply hit one specific spot. Nothing was stopping him from hitting that spot either, he just used a different and longer method.

And exactly how do you know that? Neji was a teenager with years of experience and talent that surpasses Himawari and blood stronger than hers, and yet you expect me to believe that a 3 year old would hit harder than a fourteen year old in a martial art that she has no training in?
