In this thread I will analyze power of 3 years old Himawari. So lets start :
Taijutsu :
Himawari can use Gentle Fist taijutsu style with great efficiency.Thanks to this she can surgically inject chakra into an opponent's tenketsu to internally damage the target with just minimal contact.A single strike from her was precise and strong enough to left powerful person like Naruto unconscious for an entire day.
Speed :
Himawari showed great speed ,she was able to hit Naruto before he could defend himself. She was also able to knock out Boruto out of her room before Boruto had time to dodge.
Dojutsu :
She has Byakugan thank to her mother Byakugan princess Hinata.With it, she possesses a 360° field of x-ray vision , can see through solid surfaces, and can even clearly perceive the chakra pathway system. She has great skill with using Gentle style way of fighting. With this she was able to one shot Naruto.
Chakra :
Himawari has very powerful chakra which was proven with the fact that she was able to knock out Naruto with one blow.She inherited large chakra reserves thanks to her father Uzumaki lineage. Her chakra potency is also great because she inherited powerful chakra from her mother who has Hamura chakra and her father who has Hagoromo chakra.
Conclusion :
Despite she is only 3 years old she already one shotted Naruto . This feat puts her above any living being in Naruto verse
