Episode confirms that while Himawari has not awakened her Byakugan since her last brawl with Boruto/Naruto, when she does, Naruto will bring her to the Hyuuga.

Hiashi also said it was amazing that she activated the Dojutsu at such a young age.

This means that in the future, when Himawari becomes older, she most likely will be trained to become the next Hyuuga Genius.

Don't think so! She seems to inherit intersting powers from Hyuuga, unlike Boruto. She stands in similar position to Indra who inherited the chakra and Dojutsu of his father.
