Himawari is the new Kaguya confirmed.

Well apparently, and unfortunately enough, the new Kaguya has the only one thing in common with Kaguya that has absolutely no power rooting from it i.e. her eyes (which have no power on their own, they just provide vision). How embarrassing!

It might seem that I'm taking your joke seriously (trust me I'm not, I'm just curious and the purpose is to clear a misconception), but why do you think Himawari is the new Kaguya? Why can't anyone else be the new Kaguya? What does Himawari have that others don't? Because she has ONLY Byakugan is common with her, and Byakugan is not the only thing Kaguya has, and it's not even her primary power, it's the lamest thing she has in her possession comparatively, and it provides absolutely no power, just vision. Byakugan is simply something which Kaguya has, her main powers have absolutely no relation to the Byakugan. By your logic, quite a lot of people can be called "the new Kaguya".
