I agree after Naruto and Sasuke ended the cycle of Reincarnation for Indra and Asura

Kaguya herself got re-incarnated as Himawari

hence the pure byakugan that exceeds feats of a normal byakugan

Kaguya doesn't reincaarnate. And if she does, then Boruto is also a legit incarnate as he's brother of Hima-chan.
Hima is just too good. Let's leave it like that and don't go out of proportions.
