seeing as she is one of the Last Uchiha's she'd likely keep her name but her children will likely go with the Uzumaki due to influence especially if Bolt later unlocks the byakugan like his sister and his children have both byakugan and Sharigan

Instead of having one sharingan and one byakugan, they could be merged.
