Hikari Is a normal sized young man, he has turquoise eyes and peach colored skin. He has short, spiked, light gray hair, which often draws peoples attention. He wears a scarf around his neck at times which varies in color (usually turquoise or yellow), and prefers to wear a kosode and hakama which are both black, as well as a white, sleeveless haori. Hikari also wears a thin chain with a star-like clip around his shoulders that holds his swords sheath, and a white sash around his waist. His sword is just a regular katana with a star shaped guard and a light purple grip. On his feet he wears tabi (Japanese socks) as well as zori (Japanese sandals).
Personality:
Hikari is a very intelligent and kindhearted young man always putting his comrades before himself. He is also very mature for his age and can be very serious at times. Hikari likes all people no matter what their background is, and believes all humans deserve a second chance. He is not the kind of person that wants to jump into unnecessary combat, as he is not a violent person by any means.

History:
Hikari was born in kirigakure, to his mother Masaki, who died minutes after he was born, and his father Hageshī. As odd as it sounds neither of Hikari's parents knew what there surnames were so they gave him the surname, Seijitsuna, meaning sincere. Hageshi, being the only remaining parent, took on the responsibility of raising Hikari alone. Even though Hikari was raised without a mother he never felt as though he was deprived of parental guidance, and he cared deeply for his father. Hikari was raised to never judge a person badly no matter their past, but instead to believe that there is still good inside their heart. When Hikari was finally old enough to join the ninja academy his father convinced him to enter, he told Hikari that if he became strong that he would gain the power to protect the ones he loved as well as change people for the better. After hearing what his father told him, Hikari joined the academy and vowed to become strong, and bring peace to the world. Hikari was one of the most advanced students in his class, always scoring on top in exams and such. He was quite popular as well, having little trouble making friends. He graduated the academy at age twelve and was assigned to squad 1, his teammates are Kurai and Karin, and his sensei was Tsuyoi. Kurai was the second most advanced student in the academy behind Hikari, and Karin was fairly advanced as well, making their squad one of the best. Hikari also always had been different from most people, seeings how he wore a kosode and hakama. He never really liked to fit in with everyone else, but instead enjoyed being different. His squad member, and best friend, Kurai always teased him for that trait, but Karin admired that trait about him. Through out the next three years squad 1 completed many missions, never failing one. Most off these missons were of D-Rank but they also had one A-Rank, two B-Rank, and five C-Rank. Also, not to long ago squad 1 entered the chunin exams only to all be defeated. Hikari made it to the last round before losing, while his teammates lost in the preliminaries.
