It's pretty obvious that Obito is the ramen guy. Obito "died" when he got crushed by the rocks. But i think he used some sort of hidden cooking technique to melt the rocks, decided to give up being a ninja and therefor gave the sharingan to Kakashi. After some years, BAM Ichiraku ramen opens. Coincidence? i think not. i rest my case.
