You're basically saying that minato has best shunshin based on this scan alone? Or is it just me?

I said no one but Minato can save Naruto coz no other person can do that as quickly as Minato.

Only people that can pull that kind of feat besides Minato are KCM/BM Naruto and 4th Rikage.

Naruto needs to activate KCM/BM to do that so Obito kills Naruto with in that time on top of that Naruto don't have perfect control over his speed.
For Rikage he needs to activate his armor so here also Obito kill's Naruto.

Well that depends on what do those "flit" "flit" sounds are for, i would think its for thrown kunais.
SM naruto has far better speed feat then minato saving tsunade that is. No need to jump in KCM and Ay level.

Well,For me what Minato did in those scans is more impressive than Naruto as Naruto is already aware of the situation when saved Tsunade but in Minato's case he needs to FTG to Kushina and quickly understand the situation then fly away with Kushina.

Minato also was full aware of situation with kid naruto and obito thrown it pretty high. In fact i dont think obito wanted to kill naruto as he needed to buy some time with kushina alone.

In case with kushina its hard to say what went where, its all pretty messy. Kushina has mark on her, minato could appear and throw kunai to that tree then FTG both. I cant tell if it was shunshin tbh.

that is a very loose definition of blitz.

a TRUE blitz is being able to attack, (meaning fight) at a speed that is so fast that the opponent isnt able to react to and only a few people have this sort of ability.

the above mentioned are the only ones who have denonstrated the ability to actually FIGHT so fast that they no one is able to react against them.

there is also another interpretation that also includes handspeed, in which case, hiashi, neji, and hinata would be on the list as well

the definition you a re referring to is what is known as a BURST ATTACK. a single, yet swift attack at full strength meant to overwhelm the enemy with the speed of one attack.
