Trending, World News Stockton, California – some people simply wouldn’t take no for an answer. A high school teacher is now facing charges after he was caught on cam dragging a 14-year-old and forcing her into the pool. Apparently, the girl just had her hair done that morning for her plans that night, and didn’t want to get her hair messed up.

The girl's reason not to be in the pool is stupid. She could get her hair done after the lesson. She deserves to be kicked out for not participating a lesson for her hair, which is less valuable. The teacher took it too far. He could have reported this to the headteacher, or tells her off.

*Facepalm* the PE teacher should have been fired on spot .... One simply doesn't drag someone around like that unless its a fight.

Then again my swim coach actually left me in middle of the lake we practiced (Swimming pool is for sissies imo) saying survival instinct is best teacher. (And it actually worked)

PS But why did she bother to get dressed for swimming and appear near the vicinity anyway? I learned at abt age 10 that when you want to avoid something don't get within 1 mile radius of that place.

Fault is to the teacher. You don't drag someone to the pool. You punish her academically. And why did the girl worry so much? Couldn't she do her hair again? I just don't understand the st world anymore.

oh I know the fault is to the teacher as well, but if she did as she was told this could have ALL been avoided.

He dragged her into the pool, the hell? He has no right to do that. If this is apart of a class, she should've known better. Both sides are stupid.

Exctly, obviously if they are doing some wrong to you, you don't - but c'mon girl, stop being such teenager

Aside the physical assault, he probably telling her to get to the pool, and the girl refused because of her hair. He didn't do anything wrong at that point. Teachers do what's good for the students.

if this was my daughter she would have learned that School (even if it's PE) comes before her hair rofl, and it all would have been avoided.

so what? she has the right to act whatever way she wants too. he could have simply punished her by telling to the higher autorithies or whatever, but as soon as he touches her, thats when its a step too far.

yea of course lol, only few girls would act like this XD but it still doesnt matter, even if she actually acted like this, wtf is wrong with that ****ing teacher?

No. No one can act the way they want. If the teacher is telling her to get to the pool, she does it. Not obviously saying the teacher's action was a good method, but the girl needs to be hit by her parents for her behaviour. Or not hit, at least the parents need to raise her in a proper behaviour.

You read that her reason for not getting in to the pool, is because of her hair. What kind of a silly reason is that?

well once you accept to become a teacher its your ****ing job to work with children/teens. so you know what youre getting yourself into U_U thats a poor excuse. no one forced him to be a teacher.

yes it is her right to act whatever way she wants, as long as she doesnt hurt anyone and acts within the law. you think hitting is the only way to parent a kid? wow i feel sorry for you.

yea of course it was a silly reason. but that doesnt give the teacher the right to touch her! yea she needs to get punished. but not this way! wheres the border then? next time he punches her in the face because she said she didnt feel like swimming? whats next? wether you like it or not, that teachers reaction is from 50 years ago, or current 3rd world coutry. if you want your kids to be threated that way, well good luck and have fun U_U

you're right, but she's 14 years old and should know better, and no she shouldn't act however she wants. She should act like a Good girl U_U obviously that's never going to happen with most girls nowadays (and boys)
