Looks
Hiei is the short at only 4' 10" (excluding his hair) Despite his short size, he has a lean, muscular build to him. He wears a white headband, which takes the place of a village headband, and has a purple iris. His eyes are crimson (blood red), with an angular and slightly slanted shape, giving him a very sinister look in the beginning of the series. He has spiky black hair with blue outlining and white streaks. His skin complexion is regular peach-tan.Living up to his classic villainous persona, he usually dresses entirely in black. He wears a long black cloak-like jacket (with a white collar) and black pants tucked into black boots. He wears a black (and sometimes pale blue) undershirt under the jacket. He frequently carries a sword with him that he keeps strapped across his back.
Personality
Hiei prefers to keep his distance from others so he often comes across as aloof and elusive. He has a rather cynical and even misanthropic view of the world around him, often belittling and mocking other people and their emotions and the significance they place on friendship and life.
As a fighter, Hiei is very unbiased when it comes to his enemies. He shows the same degree of ruthlessness to his foes - regardless of age or gender. In battle, Hiei has killed more than most teens his age - often making good on a threat he made at the outset. By contrast, he shows a surprising degree of sincerity, warmth, and protectiveness when around his twin sister Yukina.
Hiei prefers to work on his own agenda, and has a notorious reputation in Ninja World as a killer even when he was a 7 year old child child. Despite this, deep down he has struggled with his identity as a loner and his abandonment.

Background Info
Hiei's Birth
Hiei was born along with his twin sister, Yushina, to Yuki woman named Hina and man from an "elite" clan in Konoha. Unfortunately, Hiei was born into one of many civil wars in the Hidden Mist. The Yuki civil war was between the members that did posses the kekkei genkai ability of Ice Release and the members that didn't. Hiei's mother was apart of the group that could use Ice Release and was expected to bring forth children who could also use Ice Release. When tested with chakra paper, Hiei showed a natural affinity for katon which meant he would never be able to use Ice Release. His sister tested positive for Ice Release. Hiei's affinity for fire obtained him the nickname of Imiko or Cursed Child. The Imiko
Hiei felt the full weight of the hatred of his clan, being the only member that was hated by both sides. The only thing keeping him from being killed by his factions was his mother's love. She plead to the faction leaders to let him live. A punishment mother was bannedfrom any physical contact with Hiei. He was placed in a sealed container with a space for his eyes to through and a feeding materials to fit through. Hina's love
couldn't protect him forever though. One night while the faction's combatants were out, the hideout of Hiei's faction was raided. It was a massacre. As a baby, Hiei witnessed his mother killed. Despite being a baby, the memory remains with him. Hiei soon was the only one left. The other factions tried to bypass the sealing jutsu placed on hiei's container,but their attempts were futile. Instead the through young hiei into a river. Two days later Hiei was found by a traveling group of ruthless criminal missing nins.
A New BeginningThe missing nins raised Hiei for five years. During this time they fought and evaded hunter nins, pillages small villages, and killed indiscriminately. Hiei, despite his age grew to become stronger than any ninja in the group despite not having any formal training. They all eventually began to even fear him. His lack of mercy combined with his prodiginous skill posed a threat to the group. The leader arranged for the group to all attack and kill Hiei at once. Hiei easily dealt with them using the sword he was gifted with for his first kill. They had the right to fear Hiei as he was planning on killing them. Since the destruction of his group, Hiei has been wandering the ninja world killing all that opposed him without second thought
