1st Scenario:
☆ [against a steel wall] I wave the ox hand seal followed by nine [Rabbit, Monkey, Dragon, Rat, Bird, Ox, Snake, Dog and Tiger] hand seals then end with a monkey hand seal, I tune my raiton chakra to form a concentrated wave of lightning within my palm, then using the palm I hold my katana and cause the lightning to flow through my blade, all set I swing my blade to cut across the steel wall horizontally, this split the wall in half, I move to the next wall and slash the wall diagonally, this wall also crumble down then I move to the third wall and perform a 360 degree swing vertically from below.
2nd Scenario:
☆ [three samurai ] three ninjas approach, one in front[north of me], the other two from my sides[northwest and northeast of me], each ninja in unison perform a downward slash with their katana toward me, I respond by quickly tuning wind chakra into my blade which is already held in my left hand and use it to block all three swords at once due to my blade being engulf in wind chakra the sword would be able to take the impact, I gather energy within my leg muscles and propel myself forward and at the same time using my katana to push all three nin backward, as they move back creating a gap between us, I swing my blade horizontally toward them producing a wave of sharp wind to strike them[1] the nin in the middle quickly slam his hand to the ground and form a steel wall to counter the wind, I note this then form chidori in my left hand and fuse it with my blade, I ran toward the wall and cut it down, the ninjas unaware of the new development were stunned, before they could respond accordingly I crunch down and perform a 180 degree slash horizontally, cutting through their lower limbs[2], this cause the ninjas to be unable to move their legs and fall down, I cancel out the raiton chakra from my blade. Now at my mercy I use my katana to behead them.[3]
Advantage:
☆ the sword has a greater cutting ability compared to a normal blade.
☆ I can use to immobile my opponent temporary.
☆ it is a faster sword strike.
Disadvantage:
☆ the brightening effect and noise of the lightning make it less of a sneak attack
☆ the need for hand seals and knowledge in raiton make it have limited users.
Counter:
☆ raiton: raikiri would neutralize the lightning present on the sword.
☆ futon: kaze no yaiba would cancel the lightning and damage the opponent in the process.

rate creating a spinning circle and cutting
through the enemy target.

you start by channeling enough chakra into your swors that it begins to glow blue, the you take off into the air and spin very fast while releasing the chakra to form a spinning blue sharp chakra circle that expands outwards and cut through the target.

1st Scenario:
☆ [log of wood] I begin by grabbing a timber and throwing it into the air then I firmly held my katana in my left hand, i channel raw chakra through the sword until the bladed portion of the sword begin to glow blue then I cease channeling chakra and perform a high jump into the sky, now in the air I place my sword in front of me by stretching out my hands then begin to rotate in a clockwise direction continuously , as I rotate I maintain control over my sword and the chakra present in it, this would result in a turning circle, the timber would fall clash with the spinning circle and get cut in half as it fall back to the earth, I stop rotating and expel the blue chakra in my sword as I drop to the ground.
2nd Scenario:
☆ [a clone] I start off with some swift diagonal slash across the torso of the clone then finish with an upper cut slash to the lower jaw forcing the clone off his feet[1] I follow up the attack by getting close as soon as possible then perform a spring kick to the gut causing him pain as he flies into the air[2], while the clone ascend, I hastily channel raw chakra into my sword causing the surface of the sword to glow blue then jump into the air, following the clone shortly. Once I got within range I place my sword outward and begin to spin forming a rotating circle, as I make contact with the clone my sword engulf with chakra shred the clone through[3] I cease rotating and drop to the ground while the clone fly away and crash to the ground a safe distance from me.
Advantage:
☆ it is a safe way to move about the battle terrain
☆ use you to destroy more than one target since you can continue to rotate until you have cut down all your foes
Disadvantage:
☆ the user lose sight of their opponent tho somehow I am not sure they would know if they miss their target.
☆ since you have to jump in the air, it hardly a sneak move and such demand the use of other diversions for the success of the technique ☆ the sword in use is limited as a dagger, short knife or long sword wouldn't work, am not too sure bout the long sword tho
Counter:
☆ since the user would be in the air, a wind tech like wind release: pressure damage would counter perfectly.
☆ also moving from your position either by going underground or air borne.
Question:
☆ can the user throw shurikens/kunais/paper bombs while performing this tech since the description doesn't say it is a two handed sword style? Pictures none

I believe its possible though with the free hand while you spin but its very difficult to aim correctly because of the spin except you have byakugan.

the effects of paralysis. However this only works on free flowing lightning based
techniques such as the Chidori current and
not on focused lightning based techniques

if you are hit with an unfocused lightning like Nagashi, you can use this to channel the lightning away from your body into the ground. You simply channel chakra into the sword and attract the lightning current on your body into the sword and while pointing the tip of the blade on the ground, you transfer the current into the earth.


A clone of mine hits you with chidori nagashi.

Scenario:
☆ Been hit by a chidori nagashi, I swiftly draw out my katana and tune my raw chakra into it so as to act as a pathway for the discharge lightning to follow then I expel the lightning on my body toward my katana. I impel my sword into the ground so as to transfer the non-fused electricity that was just placed on me by your clone to the earth in which my sword is in contact with which would save me from any after effect from the chidori nagashi[1]. I take a step and fuse my sword with chakra then release a red chakra wave at the clone[2] before the wave reach the clone, I draw out a scroll, jump into the air and unseal the scroll, from the scroll thousands of kunai will emerge and rain down on the clone, killing him[3] the clone vanish and I proceed to free fall to the ground.
Advantage:
☆ it good for countering a lightning attack without the use of a greater powered elemental release
☆ no hand seals nor advance swing of blade just pierce it to the ground and ensure you in contact with the blade.
☆ it can be performed in a free form manner saving the user a jutsu slot.
Disadvantage:
☆ not any earth surface will do as your sword need to pierce into the earth for the transfer to work so terrain might be a hinder to this technique
☆ here the user is completely defensive and as a result allow the opponent to continue to attack.
Counter:
☆ hardening the earth so the sword would not be able to pierce into the ground,
☆ using your lightning attack on the opponent while in the air.
☆ using a focused Lightning attack like raikiri.
Question:
☆ would I be able to use a gunbai to perform this technique ?
☆ And aside an earth plain if I was to pierce the sword into another person would it still work? Remember the human body is best conductor for electricity.

First of all no, you can't use it in freeform, you are actually using a jutsu
-No again, we have never seen a gunbai with lightning techs, swords however have been seen times without number
-You don't need to stab the earth before you channel the lightning, you only need to touch the earth with the tip of your sword
-and lastly No, you can't use it on an opponent and wouldn't that be difficult and you may end up killing yourself in a futile attempt to remove an electric current from your body if you fail to stap your target which is 90percent sure you may not be able to stab him or he counters it too.

Ahaha then it is possible to send it to another body that maybe paralyzed or stuck, yes that 10% is real ^^.
One last question about that tech, if a metal wiring or string was attach from the sword to me would this tech still work?
I will give you a scenario: " an airborne collision occur and my opponent attack me with a non focused lightning jutsu I respond by quickly drawing out my sword with a string attach to it and my hand, i send the sword downward to make contact to the ground then I proceed to conduct the lightning out my body to the earth through the sword"
