Hidan's jutsu makes no sense

Ok, in the manga we could see that Hidan captured the 2 tails with that jutsu, but that doesn't make sense, for example, i don't think the 2 tails had a penis, what if hidan prepared the ritual and then cutted of his penis, what part of its body would the 2 tails loose?

Plus, bijuus doesn't have blood, they're made from chakra, how did hidan drink his blood ?

Could easily be blood too. If Kishi wants to make Bijuu have blood he could probably pull it off anyways >_> they physically grow up from infants, can have their appendages cut off, and the Four Tails even threw up via gag reflex.

Could just be that she was forced into her human form anyways. Maybe they won a battle of endurance since they're practically immortal but it could be other things.
